- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and secure strategic alignment
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Partner with academic institutions and startups to scout breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex futures
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Leadership preferred
