Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to develop 5-year strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Develop KPIs and measurement systems for future technology adoption pathways
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Manage innovation pipeline with stage-gate processes for future technology incubation
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven future-tech track record
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable impact metrics
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong background in agile methodologies and innovation management frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CSTM, CFM)
