Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess business impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future opportunities
- Create strategic frameworks for technology adoption and innovation
- Present insights to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline and prioritize R&D investments
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Certification in innovation management or technology forecasting preferred
- Deep understanding of global tech landscape and regulatory trends
