Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neural interfaces) with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize R&D investments across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead scenario planning for technological disruption and competitive response strategies
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive briefings and technology whitepapers
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging technologies
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
