- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, neural interfaces) for competitive advantage opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Drive R&D investments in sustainable technology solutions
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in executive leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budget allocation
- Fluency in future-tech stack (Python, TensorFlow, quantum programming languages)
