- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026-2030, aligning with ESG and UN SDG frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum-resistant cryptography, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized AI
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, CERN, and MIT Media Lab to co-develop next-gen solutions
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite and board members using immersive VR/AR visualization tools
- Oversee the 'Future Lab' incubator, managing $15M annual innovation budget and 12 specialized teams
- Pioneer industry-first standards for ethical AI deployment and carbon-negative technology adoption
- Author quarterly 'Tech Horizon Briefs' distributed to 10,000+ global stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with at least 5 years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published author in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies (2019-2023)
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from federal agencies and private equity
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi method and predictive analytics platforms
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM Q) and AI Ethics (IEEE)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of commercialized technologies impacting 1M+ users
