- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, spatial computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investors
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Partner with academic institutions for cutting-edge research initiatives
- Mentor a team of 5-7 innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record implementing future-forward tech solutions at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ stakeholder engagements
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
- PMP or similar strategic certification preferred
- Experience managing R&D budgets >$1M
