Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubation programs for breakthrough technologies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership

- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
