Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized AI
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and World Economic Forum tech councils
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous system oversight
- Drive innovation sprints focused on carbon-negative infrastructure and neuro-ergonomic interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Systems Architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technology adoption patterns
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design
- Security clearance eligibility for national technology initiatives (preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture modeling tools
