Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Mentor innovation teams on emerging technology trends and applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or neurotech
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, or PhD preferred)
- Published research or thought leadership on future tech trends
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market deployment
