- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption metrics for emerging technologies
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in forecasting emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record scaling experimental technologies to enterprise solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Strong background in ethical technology development and implementation
