- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets with measurable impact metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum/cloud initiatives
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Deep knowledge of Web3, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, HBR, or similar venues
- Certified in TOGAF and Lean Innovation methodologies
- Experience with global regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, emerging AI laws)
