Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Present futuristic technology scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build competitive advantage through patentable innovation frameworks
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and acquire disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record forecasting technology adoption curves with 90%+ accuracy
