Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future concepts
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and market testing
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track technology adoption lifecycle
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, PDMA) a plus
