- Mentor emerging talent in our incubator program while publishing research in top-tier journals

- Represent company at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Bioinformatics with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record leading $10M+ tech transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Security clearance for federal innovation initiatives (or ability to obtain)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable systems deployed in production environments
