Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation technology frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Develop sustainable technology solutions with measurable environmental impact metrics
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Create patentable innovations in human-machine interaction and decentralized systems
- Mentor junior technologists in future-proof development methodologies
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in emerging technology R&D or future-tech innovation
- Proven expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or blockchain
- Publication record in IEEE, ACM, or similar tier-1 technology journals
- Experience leading technical teams through agile development of experimental systems
- Strong background in ethical technology design and responsible innovation
- Proficiency in future forecasting methodologies and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with systems-level thinking abilities
