Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready technology roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen consumer and enterprise solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Develop patent-pending innovations in human-machine interfaces and sustainable tech
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in future-thinking methodologies
- Collaborate with academic institutions on long-term tech impact studies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in R&D, product innovation, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or advanced robotics
- Strong systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience securing SBIR grants or corporate innovation funding
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
