- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough sustainable tech solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products at scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech prototypes with real-world impact
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of advanced automation systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
