- Secure $2M+ in R&D funding through innovation grants and partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers and publish 3+ industry papers annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/bio-tech)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Strong background in systems architecture and distributed computing
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
