Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-ready technologies including quantum AI integration and carbon-neutral computing
- Develop scalable prototypes for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Collaborate with government bodies on future regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Create strategic roadmaps for tech adoption across Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development lifecycle
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 5+ years R&D experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum or AI systems
- Expertise in at least two: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or bio-integrated tech
- Proven track record of deploying technologies at enterprise scale
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience securing $1M+ in government or private R&D funding
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and emerging quantum programming languages
