Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and post-quantum cryptography
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating AI-driven autonomous systems into enterprise ecosystems
- Architect blockchain frameworks for decentralized identity and supply chain solutions
- Prototype immersive AR/VR interfaces for industrial metaverse applications
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-resilient smart infrastructure systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adopting emerging technology frameworks
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish white papers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years in R&D or emerging technology implementation
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, federated learning, neuro-symbolic AI
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable technology prototyping
