Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with UN agencies on climate tech solutions for 2026 sustainability targets
- Present future-tech blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Drive innovation sprints with DARPA and NASA research partners
- Secure patents for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of shipping AI/quantum products with $10M+ impact
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neuromorphic computing, and carbon-negative tech
- Published research in Nature/Science with 100+ citations
- Security clearance (Top Secret preferred) or ability to obtain
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
