Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future tech into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to proof-of-concept

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech development
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
