Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and market analysis for 2026-2030 trends
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Assess ethical and sustainability implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategy
- Executive communication and stakeholder management experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with academic partners
