Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO Academy)
- Experience with federal tech grant programs (SBIR, DARPA)
- Presentation skills at TED Talks or equivalent venues
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
