Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to position InnovateNext as a market leader in next-gen tech adoption
- Present strategic roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech consortia
- Oversee the development of innovation labs and testbeds for prototyping 2026-era solutions
- Drive internal culture of technological foresight through workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical frameworks, and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies) preferred
