Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with organizational vision and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on next-generation human-computer interaction systems
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their implications for innovation strategy
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
