Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record implementing future-tech roadmaps in enterprise environments

- Certified in Futures Thinking methodologies (e.g., CFTE, CFT)
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
