Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, AI ethics, or sustainable computing
- Proven track record of executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Certifications in Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., Stanford LEAD, MIT Sloan)
- Experience with agile methodologies in R&D environments
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
