- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the C-suite and board of directors
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Mentor a team of 5+ technical specialists and junior strategists
- Ensure all initiatives comply with evolving ethical and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in tech-driven industries
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in strategic forecasting tools
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CSM)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
