Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology adoption across 5 key emerging domains
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic priorities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology innovation pipeline with 15+ high-potential initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into existing portfolios
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology ROI and innovation impact
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or biotech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
