Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to IPO
- Certified in Futurism (CF) from World Future Society
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish (for global partnerships)
