Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI ethics, quantum adoption, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging fields including neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and market disruption
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis, academic partnerships, and startup scouting
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and investors through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership, with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Strong network within global tech innovation communities (VCs, academia, startups)
- Certification in emerging technology frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Techradar) preferred
