Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and business growth targets
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech) and assess their disruptive potential
- Champion innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Partner with C-suite to translate technology insights into actionable business transformation plans
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation team of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Drive thought leadership through industry speaking engagements and published research
- Establish KPIs to track innovation ROI and technology adoption maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI/ML ethics, AR/VR integration, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption scenarios
- Experience building and scaling high-performing technical teams
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE) strongly preferred
