- Present strategic briefings to board members and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI measurement
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for future tech initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven experience developing 5-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, blockchain, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers/patents)
- Experience scaling pilot programs to enterprise-wide solutions
