Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into product development and operational frameworks
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation lab focused on prototyping breakthrough solutions
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on future trends
- Mentor teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing techniques
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating emerging tech into scalable business models
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) a plus
