Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and sustainability goals
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech disruption in key industries
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an external innovation ecosystem through partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic impact and ROI on future-tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive leadership teams
- Published thought leadership in technology trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., CSCP, TOGAF) preferred
