Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and societal shifts

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment and human augmentation technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies before market adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in futures methodology, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
