Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market potential, conducting competitive analysis and risk assessment
- Develop cross-functional innovation frameworks bridging R&D, product development, and commercialization teams
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors, translating complex concepts into actionable business strategies
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders in emerging tech sectors
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies, fostering rapid prototyping and experimental culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or product development with demonstrated experience in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining technology products or platforms
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into strategic recommendations
- Strong leadership background managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, journals, or industry conferences)
