Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Engineering

- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and decentralized infrastructure
- Exceptional financial modeling for tech commercialization
- Security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic preferred
