Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year technology implementation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven initiatives at scale
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Pro)
