Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystem
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and commercial viability
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across departments
- Forecast market disruptions and recommend proactive strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$5M
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Design Thinking preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation publications
