Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Lead R&D initiatives in partnership with academic institutions and government labs
- Architect scalable solutions addressing global challenges in climate, healthcare, and digital equity
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption and implementation
- Secure strategic partnerships and funding for experimental technology projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technology products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional)
- Strong network with tech innovators and research institutions
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
