Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic investments
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to integrate innovations into core products
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive presence and exceptional communication skills
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management a plus
