Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on emerging technologies with potential impact on our industry by 2026.
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future technologies into product development.
- Monitor global tech trends, startups, and academic research to identify opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key players in the tech ecosystem.
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to foster a culture of forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation, or a related role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, quantum computing, and biotech.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience developing and executing technology roadmaps.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
