Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex technological ecosystems
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for AI and automation
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- CFRP (Certified Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent certification preferred
