Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AR/VR, quantum, and neuromorphic computing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for competitive advantage
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling tech products from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or industry white papers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Clearance for working with restricted innovation technologies
