Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech)
- Lead R&D initiatives in human-AI collaboration and ethical AI frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into enterprise strategy
- Secure $5M+ annual funding through venture capital and government grants
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied mathematics and computational neuroscience
- Patent 3+ disruptive technologies annually in AI ethics or biocomputing
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Neuroscience
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in AI/quantum domains
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine interfaces
- Proven track record securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
