Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning for emerging technologies
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or strategic partnerships
