- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML and quantum computing solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web3, biotech, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline with $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives to achieve net-zero goals

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech (AI/quantum/Web3)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
